Your content
You keep your rights in your content and grant FileDhan only the permissions needed to store, process, preview and deliver it as part of the service.
Rights to upload and share
You must have the necessary rights or permission to upload and distribute content.
Enforcement
FileDhan may restrict links, remove content or suspend accounts when it reasonably believes these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law have been violated.
Availability
Continuous uninterrupted service is not guaranteed; maintenance, technical failures or third-party outages may affect availability.
