Used services
Fees for a billing period or service already substantially used may not be refundable except where required by law or where FileDhan determines a refund is appropriate.
Service failure
If a paid service cannot be delivered because of a verified FileDhan-side failure, FileDhan may provide a refund, credit or extension depending on the circumstances.
